Katatrina goes in for her first gynecology exam. At first she’s nervous, but her doctor makes her feel more comfortable, telling her to relax and asking her routine questions. Then he begins the exam by massaging breast tissue and then has her lay back for the vaginal exam.

The doctor feels her vagina, checking the labia and vaginal opening. Then he uses obstetrical forceps to check inside the vagina and the cervix. Next he swabs the labia and clitoris and proceeds to inserting a gloved finger inside the vagina, feeling the belly with another hand.

When he finishes the exam, Katarina is turned on and she asks the doctor if they can go for round two. He is taken aback since this is a professional environment and turns her down. She persists, using a rape threat as leverage. Panicked, he quickly throws his gloved hands around her throat.

He chokes her with his hands as she coughs and spits and fights for air, her body writhing in an attempt to release herself from his grasp. He ultimately prevails and after a long, arduous struggle, she dies on the medical table.
